  • Evaluates, designs, coordinates and implements training and education programs specific to departmental specialty.
  • Conducts integrated training needs assessments and monitors and reports the effectiveness of training.
  • Assisting with/conducting New Employee Orientation (where you will help employees get off to a great start), leadership series (helping leaders to be successful in establishing and maintaining effective teams), and other professional courses (to include team builders, series trainings, and compliance trainings) to meet university goals. You will encourage and inspire professionals in their continued learning and development, creating a strong workforce to serve students. Develop and maintain campus-wide professional relationships.
  • Conducting compliance training as necessary. Answer employee and departmental compliance questions.
  • Effectively communicating updates to compliance curriculum to trainers across campus.
  • Assisting with events such as Length of Service, Distinguished Staff Awards, Front Line Supervisors Conference, etc.
