Responsibilities

  • Develops account strategy in partnership with client and SEO Director and is accountable for leading the execution of strategy and achievement of KPIs with the team
  • Ensures deliverables are met on time and on budget
  • Owns and manages the client strategy and plans key campaign efficiencies - working autonomously from Director to be proactive, taking ownership of work and roadmap
  • Manages scope creep and profitability in consult with director
  • Manages all day-to-day efforts and is the primary day-to-day SME voice to the client with the manager
  • Plans accounts and growth opportunities, working closely with the Account Directors and Managers
  • Builds strong relationships across Client Services and other channel teams
  • Builds relationship beyond the SEO Team, integrating and improving ways of working with internal and external agency paid media teams
  • Key people management support for Director and client partner
