Responsibilities

  • - Enable the delivery of a core offer for community services within NCL.
  • - Oversee system-wide transformation priorities ensuring all change projects and programmes of work are managed in line with best practice project and programme management principles.
  • - Support providers to identify, deliver and quantify both provider productivity and system productivity plans to support the ICS in meeting its challenging financial and operational improvement targets as part of implementing the ‘core offers’.
