Responsibilities

  • Under general supervision, oversees and performs all phases of the rigging up and down of Sand Control service line equipment on work locations for the purpose of providing Sand Control pumping services at the well site.
  • Coordinates and oversees the Sand Control personnel during completion of services at the well site.
  • Provides the planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and equipment used.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction with work performed.
  • Oversees the activities of service operators during the rigging up and rigging down on a location of service line equipment and the assembly and preparation of equipment for installation, running, and service of a job.
  • As needed, may perform data collection and data distribution on Sand Control jobs.
  • Coordinates the clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.
  • Plans and performs necessary calculations for the total job at the well site as needed.
  • Provides input on individual performance levels of his/her subordinates and trains to enhance job performance.
  • Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations.
  • Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined.
  • Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
  • Ensures compliance with HSE regulations and guidelines.
