Responsibilities

  • Site Leader for CM site
  • Monitoring /Supervising day-to-day manufacturing and packing operations virtually, physically as per delivery schedule committed to SIP.
  • Timely FP dispatch from CM site to Distribution centre as per allocation shared by planning.
  • Timely updation of Raw pack material utilization, finished product confirmation, Material utilization reporting in SAP.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • All the time product making and packing activities needs to be executed as per product specific environmental conditions.
  • Accountable for P&G account materials, assets.
  • Active participation is required in Alternate vendor development, net structural savings & tech transfer activities.
  • Responsible for CM site audits and timely compliance of Corrective and preventive actions.
  • Responsible for raising site specific change requests in online tools.
  • Responsible for raising COUPA PO, GR of COUPA & its tracking.
