Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning and scheduling of installation, post installation check-out and all other field activities in coordination with Testing teams.
  • Be the key interface with the customer and their engineers.
  • Provide technical expertise/support for all field activities.
  • Manage all aspects of safety on site, and is the Site Safety Representative for the project in cooperation with the HSE Manager.
  • Ensures that all employees (including the sub-contractor’s) comply with the Health and Safety requirements as detailed in the reference documents in the Project Management Plan, as well as all other applicable safety policies/work instructions.
  • Prepare regular status and the progress reports and meeting minutes for the Project Manager, Project Systems Engineer, Site Deployment Department and the Customer.
  • Interface with subcontractor’s Management team, monitor / drive progress of works from Subcontractors, set up regular progress meeting with subcontractors to align schedule of work / installation strategy and address issues.
  • Contribute to the activities of technical specialists from GTS who are on site to perform integration testing, trouble shooting and commissioning testing.
  • Prepare problem/action reports and ensures these are processed correctly and communicated to the Deployment Manager and Project Systems Engineer.
