  • Possesses sufficient knowledge to constructively challenge current practices or approaches; identifies trends that have impact on work unit, or products and articulates implications to upper management
  • Has the ability to gain working knowledge of other ORACLE departments and how these areas can benefit his/her area
  • Provides training and mentorship to less experienced software engineers including code reviews
