What is the primary role of the Solicitor in this position?
The Solicitor will represent both individuals and businesses accused of criminal and regulatory offences and will work on a variety of existing cases while also managing their own caseload.
What qualifications are required for the Solicitor position?
The ideal candidate should have 2 – 5 years’ PQE in Regulatory and/or Criminal Defence work, with the confidence to work autonomously. Police Station Accreditation and/or Magistrates Court Qualification are preferred but not essential.
What type of cases will the Solicitor be handling?
The Solicitor will handle a mix of cases including investigations and prosecutions by the police, prosecution agencies, and regulatory bodies, covering offences such as fraud, misconduct, and regulatory violations.
