Responsibilities

  • Undertake advocacy, drafting and advisory work; including but not limited to: pleadings, interlocutory hearings, small claims, fast track trials, sanctions (including private prosecution) and recoveries.
  • Assisting more senior members of the team in the delivery of the above.
  • Assist in delivering advocacy and litigation training / updates for fee earners.
  • Assist in supervision / mentoring of Band One Advocates.
  • Undertake client facing, product development tasks as required.
  • Assist in the development of the in house advocacy team.
  • Working hours 35 hours per week Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with 1 unpaid hour for lunch. Primary location for this role is Liverpool.
