What type of law does this position focus on?
This position focuses on Property Litigation, involving a spectrum of real property-related issues such as business lease renewals, residential tenancies, rent recovery, and land registration.
What is the experience level required for this role?
The ideal candidate should have 1-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), but we would also consider a newly qualified solicitor who has completed a Property Litigation seat during their training contract.
Where is this position based?
The role can be based in either our Bristol or Exeter office.
Is experience in all areas of Property Litigation required?
No, experience in every area is not essential. We pride ourselves on providing quality training and supervision.
