Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce Store Planning conceptual plans, construction documents, interior planning documents, demonstrating proficient use of AutoCAD and X-Ref software
  • Make scope of work decisions for each project based on location specific requirements and budget guidelines. Partner with supervisor for non-prototypical situations
  • Understand all planning processes & standards. Stay up to date on the latest Prototype, Innovation & Merchandising initiatives and ensure all documents are in compliance
  • Oversee each project from inception to completion; Maintain quality control and communication through all phases of the project. Trouble-shoot & respond swiftly to RFIs, and manage change orders as needed. Manage multiple projects at once & prioritize workload effectively
  • Log & maintain store attributes for each project via Lucernex & database files in order to share and preserve company records
  • Develop and maintain partnerships, communication and coordination with Burlington's cross-functional departments and outside architects. Communicate changes that may affect production schedules
