Responsibilities

  • Transaction Leadership: Collaborate with our dynamic investment and asset management teams to lead transactions, including distressed investments and restructurings, from inception through to successful exit. Your expertise will be crucial in structuring new money deals, conducting thorough due diligence on opportunities, negotiating restructuring documents, assessing legal and regulatory risks, and overseeing external counsel during execution
  • Portfolio Management: Work closely with the portfolio management team to review proposed restructurings and proactively address issues within our existing portfolio, ensuring robust governance and maximizing returns
