Responsibilities

  • Assists with job documentation, compensation systems/tools, data preparation and analysis, program reviews and other compensation team needs as appropriate.
  • Responsible for setting up new jobs and job descriptions, generating compensation statements, creating data loads and reporting, supporting market pricing activities and salary survey participation, performing routine audits and ensuring data hygiene across various systems and/or performing incentive compensation operational activities.
  • Assists with operation and process improvement activities to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery.
  • Provides project management support for compensation projects and business driven enterprise or incentive compensation initiatives.
  • Creates and maintains process documentation, workflows and project plans to support department operations and projects.
  • Maintain job documentation tools and compensation documentation repositories.
  • Assist with developing and delivering communication and education materials designed to support compensation programs. Write and publish content related to program updates and/or market research.
