Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong knowledge of the current and future challenges and opportunities both at the organizational and department level.
  • Proactive to the business needs through directly working with the Centers of Excellence and Operations Center in gathering pertinent information required in supporting the workforce and HR strategies of the division exhibit a general knowledge of all areas of HR to include Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Workforce Relations, Talent Management, and Learning and Development.
  • Identify opportunities in which HR can partner to support business objectives with people implications.
  • Participate in facilitating HR / Business related change and cultural transformation initiatives across assigned divisions / subdivisions.
  • Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, customers, etc.
  • Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies and other applicable corporate and departmental policies.
  • Maintain complete confidentiality of company business.
  • Maintain communication with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested.
