Responsibilities

  • Supports HR, senior business leaders and associates in developing and executing key programs and initiatives. Advises, influences and develops people and talent strategies to drive business success.
  • Connects with our Centers of Expertise to develop and/or deliver strategic HR initiatives that include: organizational planning, talent management, associate relations, organizational design, compensation, culture, diversity, executive development, and performance management to provide creative strategies and solutions for the business.
  • Supports senior leadership teams on business and associate matters. Understands the goals and strategies of the business and develops strategic and tactical HR plans to meet or exceed business goals.
  • Leads and serves as advisor and coach on initiatives to successfully use HR processes and resources to achieve high performance, exceed strategic objectives and adapt to and manage organizational and business changes.
  • Proactively partners with our Recruitment team to develop successful recruiting strategies and plans of new associates.
  • Serves on both HR and business unit committees, including developing and leading strategies, initiatives, and special projects.
  • Adheres to or develops new standard methodologies. Analyzes data and trends and recommends, develops, and delivers on plans to improve associate experiences, including retention, engagement, innovation, and culture.
  • Supports compliance of all federal, state and local regulations, security and integrity of data including personal and confidential information.
  • May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
