Responsibilities

  • Independently manage multiple and concurrent complex creative projects and own multi-disciplinary workflows and processes in partnership with Creative leadership, marketing and creative teams, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify, recommend and implement policies, processes, and innovative approaches to achieve long term creative objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external creative partners to deliver creative assets to stakeholders on schedule and within budget.
  • Develop complex creative project plans including but not limited to intake documentation and creative briefs, project parameters and key milestones, and cost and timeline estimates. Define project requirements gaining understanding of needs for projects that may at times be ambiguous.
  • Monitors due dates of work-in-progress and routinely communicates project status, budget alignment, brief alignment, project metrics and manages expectations.
  • Assess and communicate project risks, resolve bottlenecks, maintain budget and proactively escalate potential issues.
  • Proactively lead and partner with internal and external creative team members to achieve project deliverables. Serve as a project advocate to assist with strategy, expectation setting, and ensure team viewpoints are considered.
  • Facilitate project related team meetings communicating action steps, and ensuring all team members understand project milestones, requirements, action items, and potential risks.
  • Partner with Creative leadership to allocate resources based on capacity and upcoming work. Ensure continued resource availability and allocation for creative projects.
  • Manages workflow, reporting, and resourcing of contract based PM’s and Producers for creative and marketing initiatives.
  • Manages and mentors contractors, providing guidance, advice, and feedback to less experienced Creative Project Managers.
