Responsibilities

  • Marketing & Content
  • Assist with the development of site marketing and campaign strategies for new product launches, seasonal campaigns and
  • Take an active role in website operations, executing on strategy for new products and any other campaign activity
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing on the development of the seasonal campaign calendar
  • Bring data-driven insights to the team, in order to solve problems and spot opportunities with our product and brand experiences
  • Oversee all briefings to Marketing on specific needs of YETI.ca, with regards to product storytelling for various customer segments
  • Establish a growth-oriented digital content strategy alongside Digital Leadership for the North American markets and beyond
  • Keep up-to-date with evolving eCommerce and technology trends, explore new and effective products/enhancements that will improve site & mobile experiences to lift user traffic, engagement, and conversion
  • Operations
  • Partner with Digital leadership and IT to improve frontend and backend ecommerce functionality, including the scoping of CMS components or bespoke interactive content
  • Develop a robust roadmap for A/B testing and onsite personalization in order improve user experience
  • Monitor on-site activity and content performance, ensuring optimized outcomes
  • Work alongside relevant external vendors
