  • The purpose of the Sr. ER Consultant is to maintain consistency across all entities in BHSF by standardizing the investigative process and providing unbiased consistent resolutions.
  • The incumbent is responsible for conducting equitable, consistent, timely, thorough, and empathetic interviews, investigations, and communications with a focus on conflict resolution and employee satisfaction providing recommendations consistent with BHSF culture and policies.
  • The individual is charged with providing a compassionate and effective approach to employee relations while collaborating with HR site, entity leadership, General Counsel and relevant stakeholders.
  • Tracking and tending responsibilities are an essential part of the role which will allow the incumbent to review and analyze data in order to forecast potential areas of concern and implement a proactive approach to conflict resolution.
  • This is a highly-specialized role, requiring specialized knowledge and technical proficiency, as well as, the utmost level of confidentiality.
