Responsibilities

  • Build a global digital strategy for the Quadient organization and lead a team on efficiently executing on that strategy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in demand generation and product marketing to ensure key products and solutions are effectively represented across Quadient web properties
  • Collaborate with demand generation teams to execute online marketing campaigns and improve conversion
  • Conduct regular user and A/B testing to ensure web properties are meeting customer needs, and to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Maximize page conversion rates to support organization pipeline goals
  • Optimize user journey touchpoints across the website including chat bots, contact us forms, and other conversion opportunities
  • Manage workflows for incoming site updates and page-build requests, including developing criteria for page development
  • Ensure website is optimized for organic search, and that pages are continually evaluated and updated to ensure organic visibility
  • Develop strategy for site and page localization
  • Build and enforce plan for website governance, ensuring the appropriate workflows and QA for new page requests, production, QA, and publishing
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations team to evaluate and build upon the site’s Martech stack, integrating new technologies for dynamic content delivery
