Responsibilities

  • Provide global HRBP leadership for assigned business functions working closely with the business leaders and HR partners (Compensation, Talent Acquisition, etc.).
  • Provide guidance and input on business unit strategy, restructures, workforce planning, leadership, etc.
  • Develop and/or implement HR programs and initiatives that align to business strategy
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
  • Analyze trends and metrics in the development of solutions, programs and policies
  • Manager employee relations and resolve employee relations issues.
  • Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
