Key responsibilities include acting as a learning consultant, collaborating with team members and subject matter experts to identify training needs, evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs, applying adult learning principles, owning the end-to-end design of learning content, analyzing trends in instructional design, and designing learning that accommodates diverse learning styles.
What qualifications are required for this position?
The role requires 7+ years of experience in designing multi-modality learning, expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design, strong data analysis skills, proficiency in at least two learning authoring tools, and excellent communication and relationship skills. Experience in vendor partnerships and graphic design is also a plus.

The base salary for this role starts at $92,520.00 and can go up to $128,600.00, depending on location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
