Responsibilities

  • Drive innovation and operational excellence across HR Enablement functions, including the Employee Service Center (ESC), Employee & Labor Relations, HR Policy, and Employment Practices/HR Compliance.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive HR Enablement reporting to provide insights and updates to leadership on project outcomes and emerging trends.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to align and enhance HR Enablement programs and practices across the organization.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of HR Enablement initiatives using data analysis and stakeholder feedback to identify and recommend improvements.
  • Track and oversee HR Enablement projects designed to enhance employee experience and improve operational efficiency.
  • Working with other members of the HR Enablement team, document project objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Track progress, address risks, and adjust plans as needed. Provide clear, regular updates to leadership on status, risks, and next steps.
  • Lead strategies and initiatives for CEI Employee and Labor Relations that enhance employee engagement and promote a workplace culture aligned with corporate values and ethical standards.
  • Oversee Employee and Labor Relations processes, ensuring compliance with corporate values, legal standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Track, analyze, and report employee relations data to identify employee relations trends and recommend initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Ethics & Compliance, and HR Business Partners, to design and implement proactive strategies that address trends and minimize third-party interventions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, advising leaders and People Solutions team members on complex employee and labor relations issues.
  • Partner with the Ethics & Compliance team to enhance investigation processes including case management tools and align metrics for quarterly reporting.
  • Develop and deliver employee relations-related training programs in partnership with Learning & Development, ensuring compliance with mandated training and promoting best practices in employee and labor relations.
  • Ensure all employee relations cases are documented and tracked in the company's case management system.
  • Provide support for Employee Relations investigations, completing cases as needed based on volume to ensure timely resolution and maintain compliance with company policies and legal standards.
