Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with Supply Chain’s business objectives.
  • Partner with operational leaders to drive workforce planning, talent management, engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance on HR best practices, organizational development, and change management.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and talent acquisition to identify talent needs and implement effective hiring strategies.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture by driving engagement initiatives and employee recognition programs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations and partner with Foot Locker’s Labor and Employee Relations Centers of Excellence (COE) team to conduct investigations and manage corrective action ensuring fair and consistent conflict resolution in alignment with state and federal laws and company policies.
  • Oversee performance management processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Coach and mentor leaders to enhance employee development, performance management and succession planning.
  • Lead HR metrics tracking and reporting, providing insights on turnover, retention, and workforce trends.
  • Optimize HR processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR audits.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
