Responsibilities

  • Contribute to Learning Strategy and Alignment
  • Partner with business executives and senior leaders to understand, anticipate, and shape organizational learning needs. Drive the alignment of learning and development initiatives with global business and talent management strategies. Serve as the primary learning contact for the Americas, ensuring regional needs are integrated into global plans.
  • Manage and Oversee Global Learning Portfolio
  • Lead a portfolio of global learning projects, ensuring they align with broader business and talent objectives. Establish and monitor project goals, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring high-impact, measurable outcomes that support organizational growth and development.
  • Lead Curriculum Design and Learning Operations
