Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive enterprise-wide Talent Management Program, including defining program objectives, strategies, and success measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to assess current programs and processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create innovative, scalable programs and solutions that enhance employee engagement, development, and career growth while addressing organizational challenges.
  • Foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders to align efforts, communicate progress, and deliver key initiatives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on our Talent Practices, providing clarity on the program direction, design, change management, and implementation. Support broader talent management initiatives across the team.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent management and incorporate relevant insights into a data-driven program design.
  • Track and analyze program effectiveness, gathering key data insights and feedback from stakeholders and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Use project management practices to ensure successful delivery of programs within timelines.
