  • Data Governance: Establish and maintain HR data governance processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance
  • HR Metrics & Analytics: Define, align, and improve HR metrics, identifying gaps and future needs. Develop reports and dashboards using Workday and other tools to provide actionable insights
  • Custom Reporting: Develop and maintain simple to complex reports utilizing Workday and additional data sources to deliver clear, insightful reports and dashboards. Develop and automate HR data analysis by building data models and creating visualizations to support effective storytelling and decision-making
  • Tooling & Implementation: Research and evaluate HR analytics tools, supporting business cases for implementation
  • Testing & Documentation: Test system updates and features, and create comprehensive documentation, including user guides and data dictionaries
