Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Management: Develop GMV and revenue plans for the key account, setting ambitious yet achievable targets. Owns meeting these targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and success.
  • Account Engagement: Actively advocate for Tradebyte’s solutions by understanding and promoting the unique benefits of the partnership; securing support and aligning Tradebyte’s offerings with the client’s evolving needs.
  • Performance Management: Track performance metrics for About You and implement corrective actions to address any issues and ensure optimal results.
  • Internal Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with teams across Technical Account Management (TAM), Project Management, Product Management, Specialists, Engineering Managers, Sales, and Consulting to ensure alignment and effective execution of account strategies.
