Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our Go-To-Market teams to identify and develop Professional Services opportunities.
  • Advise customers’ senior leadership on enterprise & solution architecture in relation to our integration processes.
  • Build “art of the possible” proposals, capability & solution blueprints, and business cases for digital transformation engagements.
  • Lead pre-sales workshops with customers, focusing on strategy, vision, discovery, and assessment.
  • Shape Professional Services deals by building and negotiating contracts and Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Autonomously lead complex, multi-party implementation projects in a highly consultative and proactive manner.
  • Engage with Product and Engineering teams to influence product strategy for our largest users.
  • Collaborate with your teammates on strategic projects that improve and scale our implementation process and team operations.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and cross-collaboration skills, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement of the overall customer journey with us.
