Responsibilities

  • The ideal candidate will have practical experience in a global supply chain role within the forecasting and planning department of a distribution network.
  • Assist in the demand planning process by validating forecasts, market intelligence, and Kanban calculations and setups.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for stockouts, on-time and in-full (OTIF) issues and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Validating the Safety stock requests and working with the global planning team for implementation.
  • Take part in meetings for new site or new MRP location implementation to validate re-order points.
  • Preparing the surplus stock report and validating it for processing of returns.
  • Analyze the gaps of Safety stock replenishments for your region and take actions.
  • Analyze Safety stock and OTIF for materials with turbine down orders.
  • Provide support for projects in demand, supply, and inventory balancing processes, as well as S&OP meetings.
