Responsibilities

  • Translate midterm to long-term PVH Buy Plan into a high-level rough cut capacity plan for supplier and hub collaboration.
  • Analyze rolling demand, project production capacity and raw material forecast with suppliers.
  • Build and share weekly/monthly/seasonal reporting that speaks to overall trend and provides insight to business at varying levels.
  • Handle RM flow with suppliers to increase opportunities while minimizing liabilities.
  • Provide context for demand changes, the variations in product and volume that create potential risk/reward scenarios for business.
  • Work with corresponding demand and fulfillment planners on identifying supply scenarios to gain alignment and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Understand vendor allocation of demand to supplier and identify areas of opportunity to drive more effective allocation strategy.
  • Establish relationships with key internal (fulfillment, sourcing, business teams) collaborators through formalized collaboration and partnership.
  • Create effective analysis on RM and garment capacity projected vs actual.
  • Provide analysis to support and help drive monthly business reviews highlighting where supply is constrained and scenarios and recommendations on how to address.
  • Measure and report on KPI metrics and benchmarks relating to supply planning and the supply chain overall such as forecast accuracy, lead times, on-time delivery, and impact on capacity planning assumptions.
  • Perform routine maintenance of master data with that ensures data integrity.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting in an effective and timely manner.
  • Understand effective ways of collecting data to build archives to perform variance reporting at various levels.
  • Effectively maintain the relationship with all regional operations, planning and demand teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of information.
  • Own area of responsibility, advancing and reviewing all opportunities/challenges with supervisor.
  • Leverage existing systems and databases to generate data and KPIs.
  • Document processes and information flows involved in reporting activities.
  • Collaborate with Sourcing, RM, Operational Excellence and Strategy teams.
  • Work cross functionally gaining expertise in supply planning.
  • Support supply planning standard processes and support continuous improvement in the supply planning and collaboration processes.
  • Assist in building SOPs that focus on continuous process improvement with internal and external partners.
  • Prioritize deadlines.
  • Draw conclusions from various forms of data, use scenario planning to resolve best possible course of action.
