Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of supply chain planners, providing them with the resources and support needed to achieve objectives.
  • Develop the team's competencies through training and coaching.
  • Create a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
  • Develop and manage the Supply review monthly taking into consideration all information gathered from suppliers across ICO/ESO/ICO-ESO. Integrate the results into the S&BP process. Facilitate the analysis and develop the documents and indicators.
  • Ensure the implementation of the action plan following the decisions made at S&BP meetings.
  • Highlight risks and opportunities in the demand plan from a Supply perspective, and facilitate decisions on implementation.
  • Secure reliable supply, including proactively communication to Business Unit and Customer Service regarding availability dates and supply constraints.
  • Drive process optimization initiative by involving both internal and external stakeholders in terms of cost efficiency and quality where relevant.
  • Responsible for stock allocation where shortages occur, execution of excess/short-date sales in conjunction with the relevant sales teams and working closely with Finance on provisions to minimize write offs.
  • Develop the forward looking inventory projection.
  • Proactively communicate and manage stock outs and propose and implement corrective actions taking into account the priority level of products.
  • Monitor sales/sales trends daily, ensuring inventory coverage adherence, identifying slow movers, delivery time variation etc. and take corrective actions where necessary.
  • Strong collaboration with customers through regular S&BP meetings.
  • Cross collaboration with stakeholders (KAM, BPA, Customers Service…).
