Responsibilities

  • Ensuring a continuous supply and availability of goods and thus corresponding customer deliveries within defined framework conditions and in cooperation with central/local teams and internal/external suppliers or service providers.
  • Controlling of product availability and delivery dates, inventory levels, escalation and internal communication with all relevant suppliers, service providers and stakeholders.
  • Complete responsibility and maintenance of master data, orders and other commodity-related data in all relevant systems.
  • Inventory responsibility within the scope of portfolio responsibility.
  • Coordinate and control the German, Swiss and Austrian InMarket Supply & Repacking activities and related processes/ reports/ controls.
  • Ensure high performance in InMarket Supply & Repacking KPI’s (especially: OTIF, Balance Sheet Inventory, Inventory Effectiveness, Forecast Accuracy/ Bias, CSL, NPI’s in time), recommend and follow up on related continuous improvement activities.
  • Project management for supply related tasks/ projects within the related product portfolio.
