Responsibilities

  • Lead the identification and execution of growth opportunities across the Studios segment and COO WBD areas of responsibility, working with business unit teams to build comprehensive business cases, negotiate with partners, develop robust execution plans, and performance manage execution.
  • Liaise with business units, International teams and corporate functions (i.e. P&C, Accounting, Technology) to ensure best OneWBD outcome.
  • Proactively advise on trends, highlight efficiency/optimization opportunities and risks along the way, in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Work closely with business leadership to create comprehensive consistent investment plans.
  • Develop processes and procedures to standardize and support growth decision-making and ensure efficient and effective execution of agreed growth plans.
  • Manage a small team of professionals with a focus on motivating and developing WBD's future strategic and business development leaders.
  • Serve as POC for Studios leadership.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships across Studios and the company learning their business objectives, challenges, and working closely to model new opportunities.
