Responsibilities

  • - The Talent Acquisition Partner provides full-cycle recruitment support to the hiring managers within their aligned departments and regions. They partner with hiring managers to understand their business, proactively address their staffing needs, and to provide workforce planning services.
  • - Develops strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners.
  • - Consults with hiring leadership to anticipate, develop and provide solutions for short and long-term hiring needs and business goals.
  • - Completes a detailed intake session with hiring managers to determine the need and specifications of each open position.
  • - Identifies qualified candidates through sourcing and screening activities.
  • - Conducts behavioral-based interviews with candidates.
  • - Develops recruitment strategies to proactively engage active and passive candidates for defined functional areas. Ensures recruitment and sourcing strategies meet managers’ needs and serves as best practice guides for quality, expedient and effective hiring.
  • - Proactively diagnoses recruiting and sourcing issues that impact SCA's ability to attract and retain qualified, diverse candidates/employees.
