Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring leaders to build and execute effective, robust sourcing and recruiting strategies and provide strong engineering talent
  • Conduct effective intakes and utilize sourcing tools to gather market data and find the best diverse talent
  • Act as a talent advisor by guiding your hiring leaders in job description creation or enhancements to ensure we are capturing the needs of the position
  • Extensive recruiting and sourcing efforts to find difficult skillsets for our Aerospace Engineering teams
  • Source, recruit, identify, qualify, interview and present candidates to hiring managers
  • Recruiting talent at all levels, spanning multiple skills, with strong focus on professional and exempt level positions
  • Salary negotiations and closing candidates adhering to compensation structure
  • Assist leaders to create diverse interview panels
  • Training & Guiding hiring leaders to use behavioral based interview techniques to ensure we are making thoughtful hiring decisions
  • White glove candidate experience and engagement throughout the recruiting and hiring process
  • Collaborate key stakeholders in the hiring and onboarding process, including but not limited to Hiring Leaders, People Business Partners & People operations
