  • Fully understand the employment laws within your geographical areas
  • Supervise and participate in employer branding initiatives and activities, contributing to Vestas’ strategic goals
  • Coordinate third-party vendors, creating strategic and suitable Preferred Supplier Groups to support business recruitment needs, and ensure KPI targets and compliance requirements are met and adhered to
