Responsibilities

  • Leading recruitment process for assigned business group, including JD refinement, req creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and preparing candidates for pre-boarding.
  • Collaborating with leadership and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, projects, pursuits, and market trends.
  • Leading strategy calls with key stakeholders to influence and drive the recruiting process by understanding and reporting on recruitment metrics and trends to measure performance of the recruiting strategy.
  • Facilitating a smooth recruitment process; continually calibrating and communicating status updates with leadership, hiring managers, TA support teams, peers, candidates and adjusting your approach in real-time when needed.
  • Ensuring timely updates to requisition and candidates are completed in the ATS.
  • Support DEI initiatives with intentional recruiting practices aimed at fostering a diverse workforce.
  • Ensuring candidates have positive experience regardless of outcome.
