Responsibilities

  • Utilize a diverse range of recruiting tools and channels to proactively tap into diverse talent pools, building a pipeline of qualified talent based on projected business needs and roles that are historically hard to fill.
  • Build and maintain working relationships with internal partners to understand current and future recruitment needs and identify optimum sourcing strategies. You will communicate with stakeholders regularly and provide timely updates.
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process including intake meetings, sourcing, shortlisting, and pre-screening candidates.
  • Utilize Workday and other tools to gather data that drives sourcing strategies and insights.
  • Conduct intake meetings and define recruiting strategies and establish deliverables with hiring managers.
  • Leverage internal and external data such as market trends to advise your business and provide the best recruitment strategy for each role.
  • Partner with Talent Strategy Leadership to support employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns, LinkedIn profiles, career sites, and employer profiles (e.g., Glassdoor, Indeed) and contribute to candidate experience initiatives such as welcome videos and video job description campaigns.
  • Execute on key strategic initiatives for the Talent Strategy Team.
