Responsibilities

  • Supports the Talent Development Strategic Plan and Objectives.
  • Supports overall Human Services retention strategies.
  • Manages and conducts new hire orientation for new ARUP employees, medical directors, and fellows.
  • Manages and follows-up on new hire mandatory education.
  • Sends out onboarding and 6 week post-hire surveys to new hires.
  • Reviews the content and materials for orientation annually.
  • Modifies and monitors other employee surveys as needed.
  • Creates and supports learning activities for employees to support individual, business, and professional development.
  • Oversees the day-to-day coordination of the courses, presenters, and rooms for the various training programs.
  • Assists in the evaluation of the program effectiveness based on feedback and evaluations of the courses.
  • Works with other members of the Talent Development Team to develop communications and promotional materials.
  • Interacts and serves as a liaison for employees and presenters.
  • Supports and may assist with engagement activities and programs sponsored by the Human Services Division.
  • May assist with the ARUP recognition programs and recognition events.
  • Other duties as assigned.
