Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement online strategies to generate high-quality leads for recruitment using various online platforms, including Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
  • Ensure proper management of leads from digital platforms, including organizing and distributing qualified leads to recruitment teams for follow-up and interview scheduling.
  • Manage multiple recruitment campaigns across digital platforms to ensure that recruitment targets and goals are met. This includes monitoring performance metrics, adjusting strategies, and allocating budgets effectively. Continuously optimize ad campaigns through A/B testing, adjusting targeting, creative content, and copy to improve lead quality and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Design, write, and optimize ad content for recruitment campaigns, ensuring they are compelling, targeted, and aligned with the company’s brand voice.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of recruitment marketing campaigns using key metrics such as cost-per-click (CPC), click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates. Regularly present insights to the recruitment and HR team to improve future campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Talent Marketing teams to align marketing efforts with hiring goals and specific recruitment needs. Collaborate with creative teams for ad design and marketing collateral.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in digital marketing platforms, specifically Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and job board sites.
