You should have 1+ years in content and technical writing, BPO knowledge, strong communication skills, be a team player, manage time well, and be open to on-site and graveyard shifts.

You will identify training needs, organize leadership courses, write and edit content, manage revisions, create storyboards and learning activities, maintain documentation, and collaborate on training materials.

If you’re familiar with producing online or any form of content and have an eye for detail, we’d like to meet you.
