Responsibilities

  • Partner with team leads and take ownership of the end-to-end talent life cycle of their roles from initial job brief through to onboarding within agreed time to hire targets.
  • Use a variety of sourcing methods to attract high calibre talent across a range of functions for roles in both Technology and Operation, building networks for current and future vacancies.
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, proactively managing their expectations, providing advice and guidance to ensure an excellent experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
  • Support and lead on a range of talent acquisition projects that help to improve our hiring activities and promote best practice.
  • Actively explore new DE&I initiatives that promote and advance inclusive hiring.
  • Identify opportunities to further improve our employer brand and our reputation as an employer of choice.
