Responsibilities

  • Supporting the leaders by arranging meetings including managing regular meeting agendas, supporting materials and minute taking, ensuring accuracy and consistency, managing diaries and email management
  • Managing the travel arrangements, hotel bookings and associated expenses for the leaders
  • Supporting in organising events/away days/conferences for the team as required
  • Engaging with senior stakeholders ensuring that information shared and provided is handled appropriately and confidentially, supporting on projects as required and collating and creating presentations
  • Providing admin support in ensuring ‘New Starters’ are set up with appropriate system and building access and equipment, collating structure charts, departmental invoices - all in a confidential, efficient and timely manner using initiative regarding work priorities
  • Managing all people related administration for the team, engaging with relevant PAs and HR where required
  • Working collaboratively with other Administrators/PAs ensuring there is always seamless support in place and providing cover during absence and periods of high workload
  • Ensuring a consistent, timely and accurate level of service is maintained in line with policy
