Responsibilities

  • Create professional designs and should have a very good eye for detail.
  • Work as part of the Graphics Team to help plan, design and develop graphic collaterals and campaigns.
  • Estimate with project managers and project stakeholders staffing needs, schedules, and other operational details to successfully track and drive ongoing projects.
  • Responsible for adherence to the workflow process, capture briefs required to initiate a project and ensuring the designs delivered as per the brief.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, work within a marketing team.
  • Identify and select training/learning opportunities that will continuously improve the level of the graphic design team.
  • Manage projects and design resources and should be able to assign, schedule and supervise all production work.
  • Understand the latest creative trends as well as knowledge of the visual theory (color theory, typography, composition etc).
  • Effectively visualize both qualitative concepts and quantitative data.
  • Review the work of the design team and coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure highest quality and unity of visual style.
