  • Manage the Queue and make sure SLAs are met.
  • Support and guide team members to ensure they meet their individual targets and KPI’s.
  • Generate reports on team performance and provide regular updates to management.
  • Enhance the current process and making it more effective.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from sales/finance teams to senior management.
  • Manage change effectively and mitigate risks.
