  • To monitor sales figures visvis plan/forecast and interpret trends to facilitate inventory planning along with the Store Manager
  • Including sales transactions, tracking customer orders and payments, registering sale and maintaining inventory updates, providing service, handling returns and refunds, gathering consumer data for feedback
  • Ensuring all sales staff is trained and constantly updated w.r.t product knowledge, brand differentiations and overall competition around the catchments
  • Provide direct department supervision while monitoring completion
