Responsibilities

  • Acting as the bridge between the shopfloor and the senior management team.
  • Prominent figure on the floor, leading the team with a collaborative approach.
  • Reporting into the Assistant Managers and ultimately the Boutique Director, providing constant feedback and solving any difficult scenarios as and when they arise, as well as celebrating successes!
  • Motivate and inspire the team to deliver the ultimate Chanel experience
  • Coach the team to ensure and maintain the shopfloor to a luxury standard (VM, wrapping, replenishment).
  • Being able to drive business priorities through FA engagement with CHANEL & Moi, CRM, IFL for example to embed a culture of consistent learning, clienteling and exceptional service.
  • Have a thorough understanding of all operational procedures and systems and support the FA team as appropriate
  • Feedback to the Management team on department performance in terms of sales, merchandising and action plans to elevate the client experience.
