  • Kennzahlenorientierte Steuerung des Verantwortungsbereiches sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer KPIs
  • Botschafter für einen Produktbereich
  • Verantworten des Produktkategorie-Geschäfts, Vermittlung von Enthusiasmus und Leidenschaft sowie Definition und Umsetzung von Aktionsplänen
  • Rekrutierung, Einarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter des Teams sowie Definition von Entwicklungspotential in Abstimmung mit dem Store Manager und Human Resources
  • Intensiver Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen durch regelmäßige Präsenz auf dem Sales Floor sowie Repräsentant für Professionalität und höchste Kundenorientierung
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Kundenevents
  • Mitarbeiterführung, -planung und -entwicklung anhand diverser Personalentwicklungsinstrumente
  • Regelmäßiges Reporting und Bereitstellung von kaufmännischen Informationen gegenüber dem Store Manager und/oder dem Head Office
