Responsibilities

  • You will manage SCCM/Intune deployments to workstations, including troubleshooting failed installations / updates by remediating remotely.
  • You will use a proactive approach to troubleshoot SCCM /Intune deployments, understanding reasons for failure in our complex environment, so automation can be leveraged.
  • You will work with business line contacts spanning globally to set expectations, troubleshoot deployment issues, and understand requirements.
  • You will test and deploy newly created or updated SCCM /Intune applications across our DEV/UAT/Prod environments and provide feedback to internal teams.
  • You will understand vulnerability management reporting and be able to distill down as required to ensure accuracy.
  • Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
  • You will utilize various reporting and data visualization tools to instill metric driven priorities and report on status/progress.
  • You will serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization, including application owners and/or stakeholders to understand desktop application compatibility roadmaps / targets.
  • Utilize data mining opportunities to facilitate new patching insights leveraging analytical tools such as Power BI, MS Access, SQL, with internal reporting tools.
