Responsibilities

  • Manage 5-10 integration improvement projects at the same time
  • Collaborate with GTM and leadership teams to define integration priorities
  • Collaborate with integration partners to enable customers to use our integrations in the most optimal way, and understand what are the integration priorities for our partners
  • Collaborate with customers to capture and follow-up on integration requirements
  • Turn requirements into user stories and work with the development teams to prioritise, plan and execute those user stories
  • Manage and prioritise feature requests and bug fixes
  • Manage the roll-out of high-risk integration improvement projects
  • Monitor and improve integration health where needed
